McCurtain County Commissioner Mark Jennings, one of four officials allegedly recorded making incendiary remarks last month, resigned Wednesday morning, according to several sources close to the situation.
Also Wednesday morning, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation confirmed it has opened an investigation into the matter.
